These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the cebaje platform, including all betting, gaming, payment, and account services. Section 1
General Terms and Definitions

Definitions
- "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the cebaje platform following successful completion of the registration process.
- "Balance" means the total monetary value held in your cebaje account wallet, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a separate bonus wallet.
- "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, slot, or any other gaming product available on the platform.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit awarded to your account that is subject to wagering requirements prior to becoming withdrawable as real money.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process cebaje uses to confirm the identity and eligibility of all registered players before processing withdrawals.

cebaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the cebaje website. The updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication unless a specific effective date is stated. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Section 2
Age Restriction and Eligibility
cebaje is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make any deposit, place any bet, or access any gaming product on the platform. This requirement is absolute and applies to all users regardless of their location or the nature of the game being played.
By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence. If it is determined at any point — through KYC verification, payment investigation, or any other means — that a registered player is under the age of 18, cebaje will immediately suspend the account, void all bets placed, and return any deposited funds (minus any withdrawals already processed) to the payment method used for the original deposit. No winnings accrued by an underage player will be paid out under any circumstances.
In addition to the age requirement, you must also meet the following eligibility criteria to hold a valid cebaje account:
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
- You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly forbidden by law.
- You are not acting as an agent or nominee for any third party.
- You have not previously had a cebaje account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of cebaje or any of its game studio partners.
- You are not subject to a self-exclusion order that covers cebaje or the wider online gaming category.
cebaje reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the cebaje compliance team will result in account suspension and the withholding of all pending withdrawals pending resolution.
Section 3
Account Registration and Verification
To access the full range of cebaje services, you must complete the online registration process and create a single account in your real name. You are permitted to hold exactly one account on the cebaje platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Registration Requirements
During registration you will be required to provide the following information accurately and completely:
- Your full legal name (as it appears on your National Identity Card or passport)
- A valid, active email address that you own and control
- Your Bangladeshi mobile number (used for account communications and two-factor authentication)
- Your date of birth (confirming you are 18 years of age or older)
- Your preferred currency (Bangladeshi Taka — ৳ BDT)
- A secure password of your choosing
KYC Verification
All cebaje accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before full withdrawal access is granted. To complete KYC you will be required to submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:
- Proof of Identity: A current National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence bearing your photograph and date of birth.
- Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your name. This may include a screenshot of the registered mobile wallet or a recent bank statement.
cebaje aims to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving all required documents. During the review period, deposits and gameplay remain available but withdrawals will be placed on hold. If additional documentation is requested and not provided within 14 calendar days, cebaje reserves the right to suspend the account pending compliance.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. cebaje will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the breach arose from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact cebaje support at support@cebaje.net immediately.
Standard KYC reviews are completed within 48 hours. Complex cases requiring additional documentation may take up to 5 business days. Withdrawals are held pending KYC clearance but gameplay is unaffected during review.

Section 4
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
cebaje accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by cebaje at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits which are outside cebaje's control.
Deposits are credited to your cebaje wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. cebaje does not charge any deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. All deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the associated account placed under review.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the cashier section of your cebaje account. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Your KYC verification must be fully complete before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
- The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirements are not withdrawable).
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- cebaje reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals or requests above certain thresholds.
cebaje targets same-day processing for all bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests received before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals submitted after 18:00 BST will be processed on the next business day. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to clear depending on the receiving institution. cebaje is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, mobile financial service providers, or banking institutions once the withdrawal has been dispatched from the platform.
Currency and Conversion
All cebaje accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made in BDT. If a player deposits via an international card (Visa or Mastercard) in a non-BDT currency, the card issuer's prevailing exchange rate and any applicable foreign transaction fees will apply — these are outside cebaje's control and will not be reimbursed.
Section 5
Bonuses and Promotions
cebaje offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL cricket season. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each promotion. The general rules in this section apply to all cebaje bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to real-money funds and withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) and represents the total betting turnover that must be generated using the bonus funds before withdrawal eligibility is achieved. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying bets to be placed before any portion of that bonus becomes withdrawable.
- Only bets placed using bonus funds from the specific promotion contribute to that promotion's wagering requirement.
- Bets that are voided, drawn, or placed on excluded game categories do not contribute to wagering requirements.
- cebaje reserves the right to specify which game categories contribute to bonus wagering requirements and at what percentage. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a different rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonus funds and any associated winnings will expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
Bonus Abuse
cebaje actively monitors all accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets (e.g., betting both sides of a market) to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, and exploiting technical errors or system glitches to obtain bonus funds to which you are not entitled. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses cancelled, associated winnings voided, and may be permanently closed at cebaje's discretion.
Promotion Eligibility
cebaje reserves the right to restrict or exclude specific players from individual promotions at its sole discretion. Players who have activated self-exclusion or deposit limits will not receive promotional communications for the duration of the relevant restriction period. Promotional offers are not transferable and have no cash value outside the specific promotion for which they were issued.
Section 6
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered cebaje player, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — personal entertainment gaming — in full compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms that may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or legal action:
- Cheating and Collusion: Using any method to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to collusion with other players, use of prohibited software, bots, or automated systems, and exploitation of software bugs or errors.
- Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the cebaje platform for any fraudulent purpose, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the platform to launder money.
- Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one cebaje account under any circumstances.
- Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access another player's account, the platform's administrative systems, or any restricted areas of the cebaje website.
- Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent communication with cebaje.
- Abusive Behaviour: Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory conduct toward cebaje staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using the cebaje platform for any commercial purpose, including reselling access, running affiliate schemes without authorisation, or systematically exploiting promotional offers for commercial gain.
cebaje reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including voiding bets, cancelling bonuses, withholding withdrawals pending investigation, suspending accounts, permanently closing accounts, and reporting suspicious activity to relevant financial and law enforcement authorities.
Section 7
Account Suspension and Closure
Closure Initiated by the Player
You may request the closure of your cebaje account at any time by contacting support@cebaje.net. Upon receiving a closure request, cebaje will process any pending withdrawal of your real-money balance to your verified payment method before closing the account. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion options include short-term cool-off periods (24 hours to 30 days) and longer-term or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets, and you will be removed from all promotional communications. Closure Initiated by cebaje
cebaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
- Discovery that the account holder is located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction
- Discovery that the account holder is a current employee or close family member of a cebaje employee
- Any other circumstance in which cebaje determines, in its reasonable judgment, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or applicable compliance obligations
Where an account is closed by cebaje for reasons other than a Terms breach, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Where closure results from a confirmed Terms breach, cebaje reserves the right to withhold balances pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.
Section 8
Intellectual Property
All content on the cebaje website — including but not limited to the cebaje brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, software, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of cebaje or its licensed third-party game studio partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cebaje website and services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

Section 9
Limitation of Liability
cebaje provides its platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and free from errors, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party service failures, and events beyond our reasonable control may occasionally affect platform availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cebaje's total liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cebaje account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
cebaje shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or not foreseeable, and whether or not cebaje has been advised of the possibility of such losses:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from any bet or gaming session
- Loss or corruption of data, account information, or transaction records
- Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the cebaje website, including odds, statistics, game rules, or promotional details
- Losses arising from any delay, interruption, or error in the processing of deposits, withdrawals, or bet settlements caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions
- Losses arising from events of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, network infrastructure failures, and cyberattacks
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits cebaje's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. cebaje operates as a safe and reliable platform with SSL encryption and fair play certification; it does not make claims about specific regulatory licensing and players should satisfy themselves as to the legality of online gaming in their own jurisdiction before registering.
In the event of a dispute between you and cebaje, we encourage you to contact our support team at support@cebaje.net in the first instance. Our team aims to acknowledge all formal dispute notifications within 48 hours and to provide a full response within 14 calendar days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with cebaje support, you may escalate the matter in writing to support@cebaje.net with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Your Account Username]". cebaje will conduct a thorough review and provide a final written determination within 28 calendar days of receiving the formal escalation. cebaje's determination on disputes relating to bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account status shall be final and binding where the determination is reached in good faith and in accordance with these Terms.
These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
